Hela continue to hit headline for all the wrong reasons. SOEs after SOEs not working. Many innocent victims end their life in the hands of criminals who think they are above the law. Law Enforcement Agencies centralised in Waigani so weak, underfunded and no longer trusted.
Hela hosts important assets for the nation and we cannot allow criminals run our province.
Lets try something else. The National Government need to:
1. Implement Singorok Gun Report and ban guns completely in the country. Give death penalty for those owning illegal guns.
2. Bring back Enhence Cooporation Program (ECP) to help us build police capacity,
3. Introduce Capital Punishment to all warlords, criminals and murders. Outlaw compensation as means of justice.

Hela PG has funded an IT consultant to help design an unmanned aerial technology that will have the
capacity to;
1. Detect any type of weapons like guns, bombs, ammunitions, dangerous chemicals, etc to a depth of 100m below surface,
2. Detect drugs, alcohol, home-brew, etc.
3. Recognise and detect criminals, warlords and alert police.
4. Other development projects like surveying, mapping, gold detection etc.
capacity to;

WIGMAN 01- Unmanned drone will have the ability to fly 700km and detect 100m below surface. Hela boundary is just less than 200km from one end to another. This technology if it works, will also cover other neighboring provinces.
I must warn criminals and everyone still owning guns, we will round you up with your baby very very soon. I will only ask for 100 highly trained military to track down guns and criminals throughout Hela. My gun surrender program will cease once the drone takes over the job.
